A short, specific message gets a more useful answer than a general one. You do not need technical language or a finished brief. The points below cover what we usually need to start.
Tell us whether you need a studio designed, a system installed, lighting, sound or a full crew. Say what the show or studio is for, such as a regional news programme, a streamed talk or a festival stage. If you already know the outcome you want, such as quieter rooms or faster changeovers, include it. A few plain sentences are enough for us to see where to begin.
Give us the venue or studio address, the date or period you have in mind and how flexible it is. Mention whether the space is indoors or outdoors and roughly how many people attend or work there. Photographs or a simple floor plan are very welcome. If the date is not fixed, say so, and we will advise on lead times.
List the cameras, desks, speakers, lights and cabling you own or that the venue provides. Note anything faulty or unfamiliar. Tell us who will operate the equipment afterwards and their experience. This lets us avoid proposing items you do not need and shape any training or handover to suit your team.
